Brush Pen & White Colored Pencil on Brown Scrapbooking Paper.

Saw this in the neighborhood during Halloween... but they were 'ring-a-round the rosie' on a tree. (not with the chains, but the general ghost look)

Many have said it looks like Oogie Boogie, mayhap so, but he wasn't the inspiration.
